The training program on effective instructional skills for ALL adult leaders will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2013 at the Texas A&M University Kingsville, Business Administration Building. Registration starts at 8:30 a.m. with the course concluding at 5:00 p.m.
This course is strongly recommended for all Commissioners, District Chairpersons, Scoutmasters and any other individual who wants to learn more what Commissioners are responsible for. Only currently registered Commissioners who have completed the Basic Training Course is eligible to earn appropriate degrees upon completion of classes. Masters Degree requires Arrowhead Award, Doctorate requires Commissioner’s Key.
Course content will include Unit Visitations, Commissioner Priorities, Commissioner Needs Head and Heart, Assessing Council and District Health along with many, many other topics.

The registration fee is $20 and includes lots of handout materials, coffee and snacks.
Catered Lunch will be provided. Reservations must be in by 5 p.m., Monday, February 11, 2013 so we can plan for necessary materials accordingly.
