Join us for the ¡VAMOS! Project for Safe Teens

The South Texas Council is pleased to partner with the Columbia University School of Social Work and Fathers Active in Communities and Education (FACE) to present the ¡Vamos! Project for Safe Teens on Wednesday, August 13, 2014. ¡Vamos! is an interactive program designed to educate teens ages 12-15 about making safe choices and avoiding drugs, alcohol, and tobacco. 

The program will feature a keynote from Ms. Lindsay Wahlstrom from Columbia University. Community partners are invited to join program leaders for a pre-program seminar from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The program for parents and teens will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Both events will take place in the Flournoy Service Center Conference Room, located at 700 Everhart Terrace in Corpus Christi.
