Your Complete One-Stop Scout Shop
Items available for purchase in our Scout Shop and the Official Catalog can be found online at www.scoutstuff.org. The site allows you to order online or create a shopping list that can be emailed or faxed (361.855.6476) to our Scout Shop. Please allow 24 hours for processing and shipping, however, we usually process orders the same day. Since we ship using FedEx two day we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Refunds and Exchanges
We guarantee every customer’s satisfaction and you are the final judge of our products. If you are dissatisfied with any item purchased from the Boy Scouts of America, you can either exchange the item for a replacement or receive a full refund. You may be asked for a reason for the return so information may be passed to the appropriate department. Discontinued merchandise is not returnable. Refunds on merchandise will be applied back to the original payment method. If you paid by check you will receive cash, but allow seven (7) business days for the check to clear.
Videos, Tapes and CDs may be returned unopened for a full refund. Once opened, items may only be exchanged for the same title.
